Children's Montessori Center was founded in 1991. Like other Montessori Schools, our cirriculum reflects not only the developmental needs of children, but also the cultural diversity of humankind. In keeping with the international origin, CMC boasts a student body that is approximately 30% minority. Hours of instruction are 6am - 6:30pm. Ages served are 2 years to 12 years.

CMC is established for the sole purpose of providing the very best care and
education of young children, and to help parents achieve their highest goals in
the education of their children and in their family life. It is our goal to follow
the teachings of Maria Montessori in an effective and sensitive manner. We welcome

Our Mission
Our Faculty
Each Montessori classroom is staffed by two teachers; Our
teachers and classroom assistants are either Montessori Certified or have
a formal education in
child development. Classroom assistants also
prepare and supervise the outdoor environment, while helping the teacher
in the classroom, keeping the student/staff ratio of
12:1. Our teachers trust in the potential of each child to develop
into a
productive, caring adult and are eager to help each child discover his or her
talents and capabilities.
